How To Grade

Course -> Assignment -> Initiate: Full Walkthrough

This is the default grading path. Follow it in order for the most reliable classroom runs.

Before you start

  • Sign in with the same account used for Google Classroom.
  • Confirm AI provider and model are selected.
  • Paste grading instructions before opening pickers.

Step 1: Select Course

Open the Course picker and select one class section. Wait for assignment list refresh before taking the next step.

Step 2: Select Assignment

Choose the exact assignment you intend to grade. If the list is stale, re-open course picker and select the course again.

Step 3: Click Initiate

Initiate starts the grading run using current instructions and settings. Do not change sliders or provider mid-run.

Important: if you use sheet mode, confirm source mode before clicking Initiate.

After the run

  1. Spot-check high, middle, and low scores.
  2. Review feedback quality for clarity.
  3. Post to Classroom or export to sheet according to your toggles.
