VelociGrader Setup for Teachers
Use this setup checklist to get classroom-ready quickly and avoid common first-run issues.
1. Sign in with the correct account
Use the same Google account tied to your Classroom courses and assignments.
2. Grant required permissions
Approve all required Classroom and Drive scopes so pickers can load classes and submissions.
3. Configure AI Engine
Select provider and model, then confirm API key status before starting any grading run.
4. Add grading instructions
Define rubric criteria, score bands, and feedback format. Clear instructions improve consistency.
5. Run a calibration batch
Grade 5 to 10 samples first, compare with teacher judgment, then grade the full class.
